Me: Mexican, Hispanic and Latina!

A Celebration of Roots, Culture, and Community.
I am certain that many of you have travelled to México, a place where you truly feel alive! Hopefully, you love the cuisine, the locals, the splendid weather, our lovely beaches, magical small towns, the unique tequila from Jalisco, and the sounds of the mariachi while eating in Tlaquepaque —all these elements nourish our souls and remind us of the beauty of living. I bet you have a connection with someone from LATAM, whether it’s sharing a conversation with a colleague from México, enjoying a coffee with a neighbour from Colombia, or learning a new tradition of trying Mate from a friend from Argentina, the bonds we forge with individuals from Latin America are singularly enriching, expanding our horizons and enabling a reciprocal exchange of cultures, ideas, and traditions and good time!.

As a proud Mexican-Hispanic-Latina and the Founder of HRIC Executive Search, I find Hispanic Heritage Month to be a profound reminder of my roots, values, and rich heritage that has profoundly shaped how I do business, and how I connect with peers, relate with clients and candidates. Embracing our vibrant culture, enduring traditions, and rich history is a personal joy and a way to contribute to a more inclusive and diverse society.

Latinos are making big moves in business. The U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce said there were over 4.7 million Latino-owned businesses in the U.S. in 2022. Together, they added more than $800 billion to the economy every year. This growth shows our hard work, never-give-up spirit, and creativity. As a Latina who started HRIC Executive Search, I am proud to be part of this change, helping to add new colors and ideas to the business world. We don’t just want to make money. We want to help our communities and make a difference.

We, as Latino entrepreneurs, aren’t just making businesses. We’re showing the next generation that dreams come true! Anything is possible with passion, dedication, and a dream of a better, more equal world. The Hispanic and Latinx community is important in the world economy. In the U.S., we have a buying power of over $1.7 trillion. We play a key part in growth, change, and new ideas everywhere.

My Latina heritage instilled in me a strong sense of community and the importance of mutual support and collective growth. Being Latina taught me about community and helping each other. I believe in working together, in the strength of our differences, and in the big things we can do when we unite for a shared goal. Please follow us: HRIC Executive Search.
