Delphine is a multilingual talent and executive search professional with over twenty years of experience working with nongovernmental, nonprofit, and philanthropy organizations in the US, Europe, Africa, Asia, Central Asia, and Latin America.
She has worked extensively in talent sourcing, identification and capture in emerging and developing economies and hard-to-find technical and operational positions. Her broad network consists of technical, operational and executive leaders and emerging leaders.
