Pallavi Kanikaram

I’m originally from India and now based in Guadalajara, México, where I bring over 15 years of experience in process improvement, project management, and transformation to my work in executive search. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering from Osmania University, and my career has always been guided by a deep appreciation for thoughtful systems and relationships built on trust.

As Global Partner & Assessment Consultant at HRIC Executive Search, I support purpose-driven recruitment with care and structure. I’ve partnered with development banks, nonprofits, and private sector organizations, helping match leadership with context.

Certified in behavioral analysis through PeopleKeys, I use DISC methodology to help clients see beyond the résumé and better understand how candidates communicate, make decisions, and lead.

Whether I’m advising a client or coaching a candidate, I bring integrity, calm, and curiosity to every conversation. I speak English, Hindi, and Telugu, and I believe the best outcomes happen when people feel heard, respected, and understood.

I am passionate about Talent Development & Management, specializing in Talent Attraction. Curious and driven, I thrive in dynamic, evolving environments. With over 14 years of experience, I’ve designed and implemented talent-focused projects and contributed to organizational transformations in sectors like finance, industry, consulting, and academia. I strive to be a strategic partner for my clients, always seeking efficient and effective solutions. I hold a degree in International Relations from ITESM, a specialization from The University of British Columbia, and a Master’s in Human Capital Administration from Universidad Regiomontana.

My name is Miguel Nolasco. I was born in San Bernardino, California but raised in Guadalajara, Jalisco. Talent Acquisition has been the founding stone of my Human Resources international career.

I have been fortunate to work in a diversified set of industries, markets, and with the best professionals for over a decade, which has led me to mold my energetic and dynamic personality to a talent-centric approach.

My name is Teresa López. I am a result-oriented and hands-on senior finance executive with over 20 years of experience working for companies in the Pharmaceutical Services and Electronic sector. Accustomed to handling multiple projects and successfully achieving goals.

My professional development has been focused as Administrative Manager, Internal Auditor, Project Leader for ERP implementations (SAP) , Process Analysis and Reengineering, Quality Certification (ISO), and Financial Controlling. One of my main objectives is to develop skills in others, be a Mentor and build strong teams.

I have a Bs in Accounting and an MBA from a Jesuit University in Guadalajara, and a mother of two girls.

I am passionate about generating new ideas and projects and building strong brands. Love to work with youth and entrepreneurs and continue to learn and grow through my work in the Academic sector by being in touch with young students at ITESO Jesuit University.
